Agenda 21 has been actively engaged since 1972 in the usurpation of individual and private property rights which our United States Constitution protects. The Constitutional division of powers has a lengthy history.

Police-state fears grow in Delaware
Law would strip sheriffs of all arrest authority
Delaware sheriff, Jeff Christopher, asserts that the erosion powers of the people’s elected sheriff has been “15 to 20 years in the making”

exercised by a sheriff are an extension of those common law powers which
the Tenth Amendment explicitly reserves to the People, if they are not
granted to the federal government and
specifically prohibited to the States.”[…]
“A news report has been quietly making its way around the alternative media, under the radar screen, concerning a Delaware legal decision to strip county sheriffs of their arrest powers in the state.
The mainstream media has not reported the story, but the son of Vice President Joe Biden, who serves as Attorney General for the state of Delaware, has issued a mandate to county commissioners informing them that sheriffs in the state’s three counties no longer have arrest powers.” Read more.
